Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a jaya 9th player clearly and accurately.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) jaya 9th account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile phone number. This information is used for account security, KYC verification, and responsible gaming purposes. You must keep all account details current — it is your responsibility to update jaya 9th promptly if any of your registered details change.

Specific maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your current VIP tier.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. • Deposits made using a payment method not registered to the account holder will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• jaya 9th reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Players must wager their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This is a standard anti-fraud measure, not a bonus requirement.
• jaya 9th does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside jaya 9th's control.
• Withdrawal of funds received as Bonus credit is subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that Bonus, as detailed in the Bonuses & Promotions section below.
• In cases where jaya 9th suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending investigation, without incurring any liability to the player.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

jaya 9th offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms published alongside each promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all jaya 9th promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies to all welcome and first-deposit bonuses. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits outside the stated promotion terms.
3. jaya 9th reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion will not be adversely affected mid-wager.

Section 06

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jaya 9th, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, honest dealing, and respect for other platform users and jaya 9th staff. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders at all times.

jaya 9th employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Any account exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for manual review. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, consequences may range from a formal warning to permanent account termination with forfeiture of balance.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content available on jaya 9th — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, VIP program design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jaya 9th or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jaya 9th platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jaya 9th content without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the jaya 9th platform using automated means.
• Use the jaya 9th brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jaya 9th software or game engine.

Game content displayed on jaya 9th is provided by third-party studios under licence. All intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective publishers and developers. Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaya 9th shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the jaya 9th platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, game errors, or payment processing delays caused by third-party providers.
• Decisions made by players based on information, odds, statistics, or predictions displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where such access results from the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Interruption of services due to circumstances beyond jaya 9th's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, jaya 9th's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jaya 9th's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jaya 9th makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

Section 09

Account Suspension & Closure

jaya 9th reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, those listed below.

• Breach of Terms: Any material violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraud, or collusion.
• Failed KYC: Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe, or submission of falsified documents during the KYC process.
• Underage Gambling: Discovery or reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Money Laundering Suspicion: Account activity that triggers jaya 9th's AML monitoring protocols and cannot be satisfactorily explained upon request.
• Responsible Gaming Request: A player's own request for self-exclusion, whether temporary or permanent, through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.
• Legal or Regulatory Requirement: Any instruction received by jaya 9th from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction requiring account restriction or data disclosure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own responsible gaming request, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Where an account is closed due to Terms violations, jaya 9th reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds where fraud is confirmed.

Section 10

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, subject matter, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing applicable to digital commerce, with primary consideration given to the rights and protections of Bangladeshi players.

Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a player and jaya 9th, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: The player must first raise the matter directly with the jaya 9th support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue, any relevant transaction IDs, and the desired resolution. jaya 9th will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the initial support response, they may request escalation to the jaya 9th management team by replying to the support thread and clearly indicating that they wish to escalate. The management team will review escalated complaints within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Resolution: jaya 9th will issue a final written response on all escalated complaints. This response represents the platform's definitive position on the matter.

jaya 9th is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all communications are conducted in English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by jaya 9th of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
